Services
FreshDrop HTX provides mobile grocery delivery services in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. We deliver fresh produce, meats, snacks, beverages, and household essentials to residential addresses within our service area.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We are a cashless business and accept EBT/Lone Star, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. Prices are subject to change without notice. The minimum order amount is $15.
Delivery
We deliver to neighborhoods within our service area as listed on our Delivery Info page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including address, gate codes, and special instructions.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours at 346-480-5999 or [email protected]. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of food items.
Limitation of Liability
FreshDrop HTX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
